Payment Methods
All major credit cards, Shop Pay, Amazon Pay, and PayPal, are accepted. In addition, Gift Cards are available from and accepted for purchases on shop.oldadsongs.com.
Shipping
We ship via FedEx and cannot ship to PO Boxes. Shipping is included in the price for US orders and is an additional charge for international.
Lead Times
Each type of item that we offer has a different lead-time, meaning that it may take longer for some products to ship to you.
Returns
You may return your purchase within 30 days of delivery, and if you have the original packaging, return shipping is free.
Cancellations
You may cancel your order, without penalty, within 24 hours of placement if your order has not already shipped.
Refunds
We can only refund the original purchaser to the payment method used for the order. It may take 3-5 business days for your refund to process.

Made To Order
Almost everything we sell is made, often by hand, after your order. Due to supply chain constraints, demand, and other things, some items take longer to be made than others. Here's what you can expect:

Returns
Returns Made Easy
Your satisfaction is guaranteed.
You have 30 days from the day that you receive your order to start the return process. For items to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as you received it in, and you must be the original purchaser.
Step 1 - Contact Us
Get in touch to let us know what the issue is. We ask that you send pictures to show us exactly what you see. Then, we'll discuss what needs to happen to make things right for you.
Step 2 - Ship The Item Back To Us
Depending on the situation, we may ask you to send your purchase back to us. If you have the original packaging, we'll provide you with a prepaid shipping label. Otherwise, we'll provide you with our return address, and we ask that you pack everything securely. Unfortunately, if you repackage your order with your packaging, we cannot cover your shipping costs.
Step 3 - We'll Inspect Your Return
Once we receive your return, we will inspect everything and notify you. If your return is within our guidelines, we will initiate the next steps that we previously discussed. Please allow two business days for us to complete the inspection process and contact you.
Refunds
Order Cancellations & Refunds
It's okay if you change your mind.
You may cancel your order, without penalty, within 24 hours of placement if your order has not already shipped.
If your order has begun production, we may charge you an order cancellation fee equal to 33% of your order total and deduct that from your refund.
Returns that have passed inspection are eligible for a full refund. However, if we determine that your item is not within our guidelines, we will issue a partial refund of at least 50% of your purchase amount. We will discuss this with you before taking any action.
We can only refund the original purchaser to the payment method used for the order. It may take 3-5 business days for your refund to process.
